Service Advisors ensure that each customer receives superior maintenance and repair service, and that the entire process is smooth and efficient.
Â
Duties:
- Greet customers
- Ensure all dealership services are offered
- Coordinate work-in-progress
- Prepare after-service delivery
- Follow up with customers
- Ensure that follow-up services are communicated properly
- Order vehicle parts
- Address and resolve customer concerns
- Coordinated collision center repairs
- Schedule service appointments
- Quote service prices

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to read and write in English
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
Pay:
- Base salary plus bonus
